Valis Overview
Valis is a platform action game where the player controls Yuko Ahso, a teenager who becomes a warrior after a supernatural attack. Her journey spans from her own world to the parallel realm of Vecanti, which is under the tyrannical rule of Rogles. The core objective involves defeating this ruler to correct the disruption he has caused across the worlds.
Gameplay revolves around navigating levels and combating numerous enemies. Success depends on challenging execution of movement and attack skills, including high jumps and the ability to strike while airborne. The primary weapon is a sword that begins as a simple melee instrument but can be upgraded through collected power-ups. These enhancements can extend its reach, allowing it to fire projectiles and even attack in multiple directions.
