Super Tennis Overview
Super Tennis presents a simulation of professional tennis competition. Players choose from a roster of twenty athletes, each possessing distinct tactical strengths and weaknesses, and can compete in singles or doubles matches. These matches support play against human opponents or computer-controlled players across the three primary court surfaces: clay, grass, and hardcourt.
The central progression system is a world circuit mode, which utilizes a password for saving progress. This mode involves participating in a series of international tournaments. Performance in these events, specifically winning matches, awards points that determine the player's standing in the global rankings. The tournament structure includes four major championships alongside numerous minor events.
