What to include

• Game title — include the exact title if possible.
• Platform — for example NES, SNES, SEGA Genesis, DOS, Game Boy, GBA, GBC, or Flash.
• Region or version — only when a specific release matters.
• Reason for the request — optional, but useful when there are several versions of a game.

Please search the site first. A game may already be available under a regional title, alternate name, sequel collection, or series page.
