Big Sky Trooper Overview
Big Sky Trooper is a game where humanity faces an invasion by an alien slug species. The conflict begins when these creatures misinterpret the Lucasarts logo as a symbol of a civilization built on bones and advertising, which they despise.
Players control a specially equipped soldier known as a Big Sky Trooper, operating from a FIDO class starship. The objective involves engaging the alien forces both in space and during planetary assaults to prevent them from destroying key galactic devices and conquering Earth.
Due to the overwhelming threat, Earth's military recruitment is described as unconventional, with new recruits sometimes immediately attaining high ranks like 21-star general. The troopers utilize heavily armored suits to counter the gooey invaders.
