Trog! Overview
Trog is set in the prehistoric land of Og, where dinosaur characters compete against hungry cavemen called Trogs. The primary objective involves collecting eggs, which the Trogs also seek to consume.
Players control these dinosaurs in a race to gather all eggs of their assigned color before opponents do. The Trogs are active hazards that will pursue and attempt to eat the dinosaurs, employing primitive tools like fire in their hunt.
To defend themselves, the dinosaurs can utilize power-ups. Consuming certain items allows them to transform into a Tyrannosaurus rex capable of eating Trogs, or to gain the ability to breathe fire. The game supports multiple players simultaneously, with the exact number varying by version.
