Zone 66 Overview
Zone 66 is a top-down shooter where the player pilots an aircraft against airborne and ground-based enemy forces. The core gameplay involves free movement in any direction to evade attacks and position for offensive actions.
The narrative setup involves a pilot who returns home after a warning to find his family murdered. A dying informant provides him with a lead, prompting a personal campaign of vengeance against an obscure terrorist organization.
Prior to engaging in the game's eight distinct battlefields, players can select from multiple aircraft models. Each plane can be outfitted with a variety of armaments, including different missiles and bombs, allowing for customized loadouts.
