Lion Overview
Lion is a simulation game that follows the earlier title Wolf, using a similar framework but shifting the focus to a different predator. The environment is specifically the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania, depicted across four seasonal variations of its savannas and plains.
Players assume the role of a lion, selecting from a pool of twenty distinct animals with unique attributes. These lions can belong to existing prides or be grouped into custom formations. Control can be directed at a single animal or extended to manage an entire pride collectively.
The game offers two primary modes of play. One is a mission based structure with twenty objectives, such as surviving for a set duration. The other is an open simulation mode without predefined goals. An additional feature called Lion Safari provides an interactive educational tour of lion life in this setting.
