Death Knights of Krynn Overview
Death Knights of Krynn continues the Dragonlance series, directly following the events of Champions of Krynn. The adventure centers on a widespread undead infestation that corrupts former allies and unleashes decaying hordes across the land. The primary objective is to locate and destroy the source of this threat to prevent Krynn from being completely overrun.
Gameplay involves navigating an overland map and exploring towns from a first person perspective. Parties consist of six characters, with at least one required to be a Knight, a character class unique to this setting. Additional non player characters can join the group during the journey. Travel is challenging, as wandering monsters, particularly undead, will frequently attack the party.
Character progression allows for advancement to higher levels, granting new skills and more potent spells. A distinctive feature for Knights is the eventual choice to specialize in one of three clans, each representing a different martial focus. Players have the option to import their characters from the previous game to continue their development.
