Total Carnage Overview
Total Carnage is a simultaneous two player action game set in a post war Kookistan. The nation has fallen under the control of General Akhboob, who commands an army of radioactive mutants from a secure fortress. Players assume the roles of either Captain Carnage or Major Mayhem, collectively the Doomsday Squad, with the objective of rescuing hostages and stopping the dictator.
Gameplay involves navigating through twenty distinct areas while facing constant opposition. Movement is possible in eight directions, and a primary machine gun is always available. The action is challenging, requiring players to fend off hundreds of hostile mutants. A variety of secondary weapons can be collected, including several types of launchers, specialized rifles, and close range defensive blades.
