Time Killers Overview
Time Killers is a fighting game where two combatants face off in one on one matches. Its roster consists of eight distinct fighters, each representing a different historical or futuristic era and equipped with a unique weapon. For example, a caveman wields a stone axe, while a samurai carries a traditional blade, and a bounty hunter from the future uses an electro sword.
The combat system allows attacks using the head, arms, and legs. A notable mechanic is the persistent damage model, where limbs can be severed during a fight, though a fighter can continue without them. The matches are characterized by exaggerated, cartoonish violence and copious bloodshed.
A defining and challenging feature is the ability to execute a decapitation move at any point, which instantly ends the round by killing the opponent. In the single player mode, after defeating the standard lineup of fighters, the final opponent to confront is Death itself.
