Hook Overview
"Hook" is a side-scrolling action game for the Sega Genesis based on the Steven Spielberg film. The player controls an adult Peter Pan, who is returned to Neverland by Tinker Bell after Captain Hook kidnaps his children.
Gameplay involves navigating eleven distinct environments, which include forests, towns, and icy areas. Peter must jump, climb, and swim through these levels while confronting Hook's forces. The combat is designed to be fair, as defeated enemies surrender by raising their hands instead of dying.
