Rock 'n Ball Overview
Rock 'N' Ball presents a collection of pinball based activities on the NES. The core experience includes a standard pinball mode accommodating up to four participants.
Several distinct rule sets alter the traditional play. One variant transforms the table into a simulated sports arena, where players use a single movable flipper and a goalie to defend against shots, aiming to score past an opponent. Another competitive mode, designed for two players, places opposing flipper sets at the top and bottom of the table with the objective of knocking the ball past the other player's defenses.
A separate option, called nineball, involves directing balls into holes on the playfield to complete specific line patterns. This mode also supports a group of up to four players.
