Hoyle Classic Card Games is a DOS title from Sierra On-Line that compiles eight distinct card games into one package. The selection includes Bridge, Euchre, Hearts, Cribbage, Gin Rummy, Crazy Eights, Klondike, and Old Maid.
Beyond simply providing the rules for each game, the software incorporates tutorial elements and a glossary to explain specific terminology. Players are also given control to adjust various settings to their preference.
This release is notable within the series for being the final one to include animated characters originating from other Sierra games.
