F-16 Combat Pilot Overview
F-16 Combat Pilot is a flight simulation where the player assumes the role of an F-16 pilot. The game features a variety of mission types, including air-to-air combat, ground attack, and reconnaissance.
Prior to a mission, players can plan their flight path by setting waypoints on a tactical map. Armament selection is an available but optional pre-flight step. With sufficient experience, a player can progress to commanding multiple aircraft in a broader campaign called Operation Conquest, which simulates a war theater.
The game supports competitive play between two individuals via a direct modem or serial cable connection.
