Supaplex Overview
Supaplex is a puzzle game where the player guides a character named Murphy through 111 levels set inside a computer. Progression requires collecting items called Infotrons to unlock each level's exit, with the option to skip a limited number of stages.
The environment uses computer themed obstacles and tools, including destructible RAM chips, fixed hardware, and explosive utility disks. Movement can be affected by gravity, causing Murphy and certain objects to fall when unsupported. Enemies follow set behaviors, such as the rolling, explosive Zonks and the predictably moving Snik Snaks.
Multiple player profiles allow separate save progress on the same machine. The game establishes consistent rules for object interaction, creating a challenging logic based experience.
