"Hey Punk! Are You Tuff E Nuff?" is a fighting game set after a global war has devastated the planet. Four individuals, noted for their toughness, compete to determine who will challenge the reigning powerful ruler.
The action follows the standard format for a beat 'em up. Combatants utilize a variety of basic attacks, including punches, kicks, and throwing techniques. Matches are decided in a best-of-three format, and a scoring system awards points both for individual strikes and for winning a bout. An optional 90-second timer is available for each round.
