Trouble Shooter is an action side-scrolling adventure where the player controls Madison, who is assisted by her companion Crystal. Their mission originates from a kidnapping that threatens international stability.
The central antagonist is a weapons expert named Blackball, who has captured Prince Eldon, the heir to King Frederick. A military officer, Colonel Patch, has enlisted Madison to handle this crisis. The objective involves progressing through five distinct stages within Blackball's territory.
Gameplay consists of navigating these levels, which are populated by robotic enemies under Blackball's command. The final goal is a confrontation with Blackball himself to resolve the hostage situation and prevent disaster.
