Ka•Ge•Ki is a fighting game for the Sega Genesis set in an underground combat circuit. Players engage in matches structured around defeating a biker gang, beginning with several lesser opponents before facing one of nine primary gang members.
The visual presentation uses two-dimensional graphics with a distinct super-deformed style, characterized by large heads on compact bodies. Movement is free within the boundaries of each arena.
Combat involves pressing button combinations to execute attacks, with certain inputs also performing defensive maneuvers like dodges or parries. Progress requires knocking out each gang leader three times to advance, making the pacing challenging.
