Zombies Ate My Neighbors is a game where players control either Zeke or Julia to combat a variety of monsters across more than fifty stages. These environments include everyday locations like shopping malls and sports fields, which are invaded by creatures ranging from common zombies to larger boss entities.
Progress through each level is contingent on locating and saving a set number of neighbors. Once this rescue objective is completed, an exit becomes accessible. Players utilize an arsenal that includes items like water guns and bazookas to defeat enemies and clear areas.
