Arnold Palmer Tournament Golf Overview
Arnold Palmer Tournament Golf is a golf simulation offering several distinct modes of play. A player can engage in solo rounds, compete directly against another person, or enter a lengthy international tournament structure.
The tournament itself is a challenging multi-round event spanning twelve 18-hole sessions. While most rounds use standard scoring, specific rounds employ a head-to-head match play format, which can escalate to sudden death playoffs to resolve ties.
Progression is tied to this tournament mode, where successful play improves a golfer's abilities, grants access to more experienced caddies, and increases shot power. Completion of each round provides a password, allowing progress to be saved.
Before beginning, players select a difficulty level and choose from three types of clubs: Black Carbon, Glass Fiber, or Ceramic. The game features three international courses located in Japan, the United States, and Great Britain.
