Kung-Fu Master is a side scrolling action game where players control Thomas, a restaurant owner skilled in martial arts. His objective is to rescue Sylvia from the top floor of a castle controlled by Mr. X.
Gameplay involves navigating through multiple floors, each populated with numerous opponents. The journey is challenging, culminating in a confrontation with a floor boss at the end of every level before finally facing Mr. X himself. Thomas can perform basic movements and attacks, including a defensive maneuver where enemy projectiles like knives can be kicked back at their source.
The game supports one or two players taking alternating turns. Its premise is loosely derived from a film.
