Hostage: Rescue Mission Overview
Rescue: The Embassy Mission is a tactical action game where players direct a six-member counter-terrorist unit. The objective is to resolve a hostage crisis at a seized embassy by neutralizing the terrorists inside.
Gameplay is segmented into distinct operational phases. Initially, a team of three snipers must be strategically positioned around the building. Their placement later influences the success of the subsequent assault phase, where the remaining three operatives infiltrate the embassy to eliminate threats and secure the hostages.
The snipers' role is not isolated; their earlier positioning provides covering fire to assist the assault team during the building entry. This creates an interconnected system where preparation in one stage directly impacts the execution and difficulty of the next, making the overall mission challenging.
