Super Mario Advance 2 : Super Mario World Overview
Super Mario Advance 2: Super Mario World is a platforming game where players control Mario and Luigi. Their vacation on Dinosaur Land is interrupted when Bowser kidnaps Princess Peach, setting the rescue mission in motion.
During the adventure, the brothers encounter Yoshi, a dinosaur whose friends have been turned into eggs by Bowser. Yoshi assists by eating enemies with his tongue and can gain temporary abilities by consuming colored Koopa shells. The brothers themselves can utilize various power-ups, such as one that grants flight and another that provides projectile attacks.
This Game Boy Advance release includes voiced character dialogue, a feature not present in the original Super Nintendo version. The package also contains a separate, modernized competitive mode for up to four players, based on the earlier Mario Bros. arcade game.
