Paragliding Overview
Paragliding is a simulation of the paragliding sport. The player must navigate through air currents, manage altitude and horizontal movement, and avoid obstacles to reach designated landing zones.
Initial play is structured around a training program where the player must master control in order to land on specific weighted targets, earning points for successful completion. Earning a certification by finishing three of these training flights unlocks access to four real world locations: the Alps, the Himalayas, the Grand Canyon, and the Andes.
In these main sites, scoring works differently; points accumulate while airborne but are only banked upon successfully reaching a final destination. This journey involves passing through checkpoints and avoiding other aircraft like planes and deltaplanes. The game maintains a record of the top five scores for each of these four locations.
