Mission 2 Return to Danger is an expansion for the game Spear of Destiny, continuing the narrative of its predecessor. Players resume the role of B.J. Blazkowicz across twenty one new levels.
The expansion introduces several enhancements, including more detailed environmental textures and improved audio. Gameplay sees minor adjustments, such as new collectible prizes and environmental clues like crushed rats to signal hidden passages.
New adversaries are present, featuring bosses and enemies such as bats equipped with machine guns. It is important to note this mission disk was a licensed product and not developed by id Software. It was distributed both separately on floppy disk and as part of a bundled Super CD pack.
