Street Fighter Alpha 2 Overview

Street Fighter Alpha 2 is a fighting game that introduces several new combatants to its roster. Among them are Gen, a martial arts master, and Rolento, a character originally from Final Fight. A schoolgirl named Sakura also joins, utilizing a moveset similar to Ryu's.
The game's mechanics see a significant revision with the removal of chain-combos. This is replaced by a custom combo system, which becomes accessible once a player reaches at least level one. This system allows for combinations using any of the six standard buttons or various special attacks.
Returning fighters such as Dhalsim and Zangief are present, each equipped with additional techniques not available in the previous installment.
