Sonic – Hyper X Overview
Sonic – Hyper X is a modification of an existing Sonic the Hedgehog title. The project primarily involves visual alterations across its various stages.
Every zone receives a palette change, affecting the color scheme of environments like Green Hill, Spring Yard, Labyrinth, Star Light, and Scrap Brain. One stage, Castle Zone, is a more direct graphical edit of Marble Zone, though its title card remains unchanged. A notable audio element is present in the Labyrinth Zone, where the modified music is frequently highlighted.
