Shi-Kin-Joh Overview
Shi-Kin-Joh is a puzzle game for the Sega Genesis where players navigate a space by moving large mahjong tiles. The core mechanic involves pushing these tiles to clear a path; when two identical tiles are placed adjacent to each other, they are removed from the play area. Certain stationary tiles will immobilize any movable tile that touches them, adding a challenging layer to the spatial reasoning.
The game offers a substantial number of puzzles to solve and features multiple visual and audio themes. Beyond the standard puzzles, a special mode alters the fundamental rules, providing a different type of problem-solving experience. Players can also design their own puzzles using a built-in editor, and progress through the game is recorded via a password system.
