Pyros Overview
Pyros is an action game where the player controls Dover, a man whose wife has been kidnapped by the minions of a being named Wardner. The invasion of Niknik town by these forces, who possess the ability to crystallize humans, sets the stage for a rescue mission across six distinct areas.
Dover's primary means of attack is a magic fireball. Defeated enemies leave behind currency, which is collected and can be spent between stages at shops. These shops offer various helpful items, such as a magical clock, a flute, special shoes for jumping higher, and a cape.
The journey progresses through specific locations including a forest entrance, a deceptive house, a forest of the dead, and ultimately Wardner's Castle, a tower, and a hidden underground room. Each of these stages is overseen by one of Wardner's wards, who serve as boss opponents. These bosses include figures like the Emerald Dragon, Kaja, and Grocko.
