Seicross is a side scrolling game where the player controls a vehicle called the Gilgitt Petras. This vehicle's primary function is to rescue survivors from the Petra tribe who are stranded on the surface of the planet Colura.
The setting involves a conflict where the aggressive Basrah tribe forced the Petras underground, leaving some behind. Gameplay consists of racing across the screen to collect these survivors along with fuel power ups. The Gilgitt Petras is equipped with a single forward firing weapon for defense.
