Kick Master Overview

Kick Master is a side scrolling platformer where the player controls a martial artist named Thonolan. His quest begins after the kingdom of Lowrel is attacked by the wizard Belzed, who has killed the rulers and abducted Princess Silphee.
Progression is tied to an experience system where defeating enemies yields items. These can restore health or magic, cause damage, grant extra lives, or contribute to leveling up. Upon gaining a level, Thonolan's maximum magic capacity increases and he learns new kicking techniques.
Combat focuses on a variety of kicks and spells acquired during the journey. Spells serve offensive, defensive, and restorative functions, while the expanding repertoire of kicks provides the primary means to overcome enemies.
