Flying Warriors Overview
Flying Warriors is a composite title adapted from two Japanese games in the Hiryū no Ken series. Its premise involves a superhero team combating a demon and his Tusk Soldiers to prevent world conquest.
Players initially control kung fu expert Rick Stalker, later joined by four other characters. The gameplay integrates side-scrolling action where characters employ martial arts and spells against enemies. Defeating foes grants experience that incrementally raises life points.
Beyond the main quest, a separate tournament mode supports up to eight competitors. In this mode, participants select from six distinct fighting styles, including boxing, karate, and wrestling.
The adventure incorporates varied combat formats. These include one-on-one duels focused on striking and defending specific body targets, alongside command-based boss battles reminiscent of role-playing games.
