Parodius Da! is a shoot em up that scrolls horizontally from right to left. Its design parodies the Gradius series, also known as Nemesis on certain systems, while incorporating elements from other games in the genre such as Twinbee.
Players select one of four distinct flying creatures, each equipped with unique weaponry. Progress requires completing seven stages, all of which conclude with a boss encounter. The initial stage can be chosen freely, but every level must ultimately be finished to unlock access to the final stage. This title has been released on a variety of gaming platforms.
