Mini-Putt Overview
Mini-Putt is a miniature golf video game featuring four distinct courses. These are identified as Deluxe, Classic, Traditional, and Challenge, each presenting a different level of difficulty. The Traditional course is described as a standard layout requiring bank shots, while Classic includes animated obstacles. Deluxe and Challenge courses are noted for their challenging terrain and complex designs, with Challenge being the most difficult.
Gameplay involves a two-stage aiming and power system. Players first position a crosshair to set a direction, then use a timing mechanism to determine shot strength and accuracy. A power bar must be stopped at a desired level, after which an accuracy bar moves horizontally; pressing the button when the marker is centered is crucial for a straight shot, as deviations cause the ball to pull to the left or right.
Up to four participants can compete, and there is an option to practice any hole on any course separately from a full game. This practice mode is suggested for players who find the main courses too difficult.
