"Card Game" for the Game Boy is a compilation containing three distinct card games: 5-Card Draw Poker, Blackjack, and American Page One. Play continues indefinitely until a player exhausts their funds or a predetermined time limit is reached.
Wagering is a central mechanic, with bets adjustable between a minimum of one and a maximum of one hundred. Players have the option to raise their bet or drop to forfeit a hand. An additional feature includes a fortune teller that interprets poker hand patterns to generate predictions.
