Toobin' is a river racing game where players control characters named Biff and Jet. They navigate rapids while riding on inner tubes, steering to avoid obstacles and the river's edges.
Progress is governed by a challenging time limit for each course. Players can throw a limited number of tin cans to defend against hazards like crocodiles, logs, and fishermen. Passing through designated gates awards bonus points.
