Sango Fighter is a DOS fighting game with its setting drawn from China's Three Kingdoms period. Players select from five historical characters to engage in combat.
The narrative context involves the decline of the Han Dynasty, where Emperor Ling's rule was undermined by ten palace servants, leading to widespread disorder. Although the Emperor tasked these dukes with pacifying the land, they turned against each other. The duke Cao Cao ultimately seized control by capturing the Emperor.
Gameplay involves battling opposing characters, with options for single matches or a story mode. The player's objective is to command the five fighters against Cao Cao's forces to restore balance to the realm.
