Onslaught Overview
Onslaught is a side-scrolling platform action game where the player controls a warrior aiming to seize multiple territories. The primary mode of interaction involves hack and slash combat against numerous opponents.
Progress is structured in three distinct phases: navigating through enemy forces to approach a castle, ascending its various levels, and finally confronting the current occupant. The journey is challenging, requiring the avoidance of hazards like mines along the path.
Gameplay systems track two separate resource pools for physical and mental energy, both of which must be maintained. A selection of collectible spells, accessible via function keys, provides additional tactical options during the mission.
