Knights of Xentar Overview
Knights of Xentar is a role-playing game with adult themes and a comedic tone. The protagonist, a warrior named Desmond, begins the story in a diminished state, having been robbed of his equipment and funds, which sets his initial objective as securing payment for a local job.
Exploration occurs from an overhead perspective across a world map containing towns and dungeons, with random enemy encounters. Combat unfolds in real time on a side-scrolling battlefield where characters act autonomously. Player input involves issuing commands for spells or items, and adjusting a physical attack's strength via an eight-level gauge; greater power results in a slower but more damaging strike.
The narrative involves Desmond's journey across the world, where he battles enemies, meets women, and uncovers a mystery related to his origins. Anime-style cutscenes are included, many of which contain explicit content as a reward for assisting female characters.
