Earth 2140 is a real-time strategy title set in a future where the planet's surface has been largely rendered uninhabitable, forcing humanity into subterranean existence. The conflict is between two primary factions, the United Civilized States and the Eurasian Dynasty, each seeking territorial expansion.
Its core systems involve establishing an economic base through resource gathering to fund the construction of military units. These forces are then deployed to locate and engage the opposing side. Faction asymmetry is present, with the UCS, for example, having access to distinct assets like Mercs and robotic infantry.
