Budokan: The Martial Spirit Overview
Budokan: The Martial Spirit is a martial arts simulation where players manage two key resources: Ki, which represents life force and is consumed with every action attempted, and a stamina level. Both must be maintained during combat. The game features four distinct disciplines: unarmed Karate, Kendo with a wooden sword, Bo staff fighting, and the use of Nunchaku chain weapons.
Gameplay involves a realistic move set that requires strategic application due to the constant resource drain. Players can engage in solo practice sessions, spar against in-game instructors, or compete with other players. The ultimate objective is to qualify for and compete in the world championship tournament held at the Budokan venue.
