Super Cars Overview
Super Cars is a top-down racing title where players compete on a series of tracks. The objective is to place within the top three positions to advance, with the number of computer-controlled opponents increasing over time.
Financial rewards earned from racing are used to purchase vehicle improvements. These upgrades include enhancements to performance and weaponry, specifically forward-firing missiles. A separate shop interface allows for negotiation with a salesman, where selecting certain dialogue options can lower the initial purchase prices.
The game features multiple tracks available across four difficulty tiers. These courses can be tackled in a non-linear order, though the final track attempted is made more challenging. This structure provides a degree of player choice in managing the escalating difficulty.
