Kid Niki: Radical Ninja Overview
Kid Niki: Radical Ninja is a side scrolling action game where the player character must save Princess Margo from the Stone Wizard. The journey involves progressing through seven distinct realms, each concluding with a confrontation against a specific boss enemy.
Combat relies primarily on a Spinning Sword for close range encounters. The game also provides several collectible power ups that alter gameplay, such as a bell that functions as a ranged weapon and another that creates a protective barrier. Items that grant an extra life or prevent a death can also be found.
Successfully navigating all seven areas and defeating their guardians leads to the princess's rescue. This, however, is followed by a final eighth round where the Stone Wizard must be pursued and defeated to complete the objective.
