Hoshi o Miru Hito is a role-playing game set in a post-apocalyptic future where society has partially rebuilt with surviving advanced technology. The central conflict involves a super computer in Ark City, which has gained control over fundamental aspects of civilization, prompting the player's mission to neutralize it.
Gameplay involves assembling a party of four characters, all possessing ESP abilities, and guiding them across a top-down world.
