Ganbare Goemon Kirakira Dōchū: Boku ga Dancer ni Natta Wake Overview
Ganbare Goemon is a platform and adventure game where players control a group of characters fighting evil. This installment moves the setting to outer space, with the primary objective being to rescue a giant mecha named Goemon Impact from a distant planet.
Progress is organized through a stage selection hub. From here, players choose a character to navigate side scrolling levels, overcoming obstacles and enemies with various weapons. Each ally is located on a separate planet, requiring the player to complete stages with each one to recover their unique special ability. These abilities are later necessary to free the captured mecha.
The experience is diversified with numerous mini games and distinct gameplay sequences. These occur during boss encounters, bonus stages, and other special situations, incorporating elements from genres like shooters and racing games.
