Crash 'n' the Boys: Street Challenge is a side-scrolling action game set in the streets near Nekketsu High. Various city gangs enter teams into a multi-event tournament, which includes the series protagonist Kunio.
The gameplay involves controlling a character through five distinct stages, each based on a sporting event adapted to the urban setting.
