Bee 52 Overview
Bee 52 is a side scrolling shooter supporting one or two players. The player controls a bee tasked with meeting a daily honey quota by visiting flowers scattered throughout a backyard setting.
This environment is challenging, populated by hostile creatures such as spiders, grasshoppers, and other bugs. Even environmental hazards like lawn sprinklers pose a threat to the bee's progress. The protagonist is equipped with a sting or projectile weapon to engage these enemies.
After gathering honey, a secondary objective involves protecting the nest from invading ants that attempt to steal the collected resource. Defeating certain bugs can grant the bee temporary weapon upgrades, enhancing its firepower.
