Amagon Overview
Amagon is a platform game where the player character explores an island filled with hostile creatures. The core progression involves navigating six distinct stages, each culminating in a confrontation with a major boss enemy.
Initial capabilities are limited to a machine gun with finite ammunition. Defeated foes may leave behind items that provide benefits such as additional lives, ammunition, points, or a special mega key. Accumulating sufficient points alongside a mega key enables a temporary transformation into a much larger and more powerful form known as Megagon.
This enhanced state grants greater physical strength and an improved jumping range. It is maintained by a separate pool of mega points, which depletes upon taking damage. Once these points are exhausted, the character reverts to his standard form.
