Fortified Zone Overview
Fortified Zone is a Game Boy title where players control two commandos on a jungle mission. The objective is the infiltration and destruction of a hostile base, a task that requires avoiding direct confrontation.
Players can alternate between Masato Kanzaki and Mizuki Makimura during the operation. Their distinct abilities are key to progression, with one character providing firepower and the other granting mobility to pass barriers. The mission spans four areas, each populated by human and robotic adversaries intent on halting the duo.
Success depends on strategic use of both characters to overcome the various enemies and obstacles guarding the core of the installation. The outcome of their challenging assignment is determined by the player's actions.
