Dr. Franken II Overview
Dr. Franken II is a side-scrolling platformer where players control Franky, a character resembling Frankenstein's monster. The narrative begins with Franky confined to a decaying castle, needing to raise funds for unpaid bills by reassembling a golden tablet portrait of his girlfriend, Bitsy.
Gameplay involves navigating through various environments, including Egyptian settings and underwater areas, to locate key objects. Progress is gated by finding keys to unlock new sections, and levels contain numerous hazards like trap doors and monsters. A separate objective requires collecting components to repair a machine that restores Franky's health.
